Who We Are
Heza Community Development Initiative (HCDI) is a national non-governmental organization based in Huye District, Southern Province, Rwanda. Founded with a commitment to integrated, evidence-based development, HCDI works across health, environment, livelihoods, and research to create lasting community impact.
